Nature itineraries to discover the local area

The local area of Jesolo, suspended between the sea and the lagoon, is just waiting to be discovered. It is the ideal place for those looking for a holiday filled with tranquillity and new places to explore, starting with the Northern Venice Lagoon, with its sandbanks, fish farms, protected nature reserves and kitchen gardens. Inland are atmospheric landscapes with flora and fauna typical of this land suspended on water. There are a series of itineraries to discover with long, fascinating walks or bike rides.  

This is why “Jesolo Ambient Bike”– a guide to discover over 150 km of cycle paths available at the URP office in Jesolo Town Hall, at the APT and the AJA – has been created. It contains six routes designed and planned in partnership with “Jesolo Patrimonio” (Jesolo Heritage) to offer tourism for those who love cycling, so that they can discover the local area and its features while surrounded by nature. The project is part of the Veneto Excursion Network development programme and routes are well marked with signs that follow Veneto Regional guidelines. The signs have a dual function: to orientate tourists along the route and to promote the initiative. The Jesolo Ambient Bike kit is available at the URP office in Jesolo Town Hall, at the APT and the AJA.
