Ready for the most special time of the year? From Nov. 26, 2022 to Jan. 8, 2023, let yourself be enchanted by the magical Christmas atmosphere by the sea with “Jesolo City of Christmas.” Christmas market with more than 70 small houses with gifts, funfair, handicrafts, food and drinks and many events for young and old. Also this year from Dec. 8 to Feb. 5, 2023, the wonderful and long-awaited sand nativity scene with Jesolo Sand Nativity will be on display in Brescia Square. An original stone nativity scene will be set up in Piazza Milano (from December 11 to January 8, 2023)with statues created by hand by Jesolo sculptor Sergio Dalla Mora, while in the historic center, Piazza Primo Maggio, the Ice Nativity (from December 3 to January 8, 2023)will be set up with sculptures by the artists of the Italian Artistic Ice Academy.
On Sunday, December 18, the Run Christmas Jesolo by Santa Claus will be run-the traditional non-competitive running event for runners and families, all strictly dressed as Santa Claus.
Don’t miss New Year’s Eve in Jesolo’s Piazza with music, lots of fun and the fireworks to greet the New Year, and for the less cold-hearted on Sunday, January 1, everyone on the beach for a New Year’s Eve dip (funds will go to charity).
On Thursday, January 5, in the historic center and hamlets, make way for traditions with Pan e Vin in anticipation of the Epiphany. Shows, concerts and many events are scheduled for the duration of the “Jesolo City of Christmas” event.
